I am actually practicing witchcraft. Yes the spells work. From my experience casting spells on other people is bad and it can result on it happening to you or you losing something.*you usually get a consequence* Some spells involve different things like candles, or herbs. Some spell don't require anything but for you to recite them. Us of the craft also like to make things like moonwater and blacksalt. We use moon water for plants to bless them and help them grow strong. We use moon water to get rid of bad vibes and negativity. We use moon water for protection and many other things. We use black salt not just for food but with ours spells and also to drive away evil spirits.
We make books called Book of Shadows. In the book of shadows we write about our life experiences, spells, chants, moon phases and many other things important to us. Book of Shadows is usually personal. As a witch i have heard rude comments like were evil and worship the devil? But this is not true we work and communicate with the earth. WE are connected to the earth and moons and sometimes planets. Some of us even have gods and goddesses. Although we have some evil witches that use the craft to do bad things. I believe dark and light are equal. Without darkness we can not have light. Sometimes the darkness is beautiful and sometimes the light is blinding. I use the craft to do good. We also have altars altars contain symbols, books of spells, and plants. * It is different for every witch and you dont' have to have one* We have witches who can craft freely and Closet witches. Closet witches basically to the craft in private because it is not accepted in their family or where they live. Closet witches hide their practice to because their shy or to protect themselves.
This is all i can tell you. Hope it helped. Bye! )O(

what are two reasons why this Brooklyn Auxiliary group are anti-women's suffrage?
Because there is insufficient evidence to support women's suffrage, America needs greater voting quality rather than more votes.
What were the two arguments against women having the vote?Anti-suffragists said that the majority of women did not want the right to vote. They claimed that because women had to take care of the home and the children, they did not have time to vote or follow politics.. Some claimed that women lacked the knowledge or the capacity to think critically about political matters.
What was the movement against suffrage?Anti-suffragism was, to some extent, a Classical Conservative movement that rejected the idea of granting women equal suffrage rights and aimed to maintain the status quo for women. The idea that women should have total freedom in the home was known as "domestic feminism," and it was strongly related to that idea.

Why did Iran choose democracy
Answer: Presidential elections in Iran raise a puzzling contradiction: How can the government include both an unelected supreme leader and a president who is chosen in votes that are treated as serious contests?
Put another way, is Iran a democracy or a dictatorship?
Citizens elect the president, as they will on Friday, as well as members of a legislature. But they are overseen by institutions staffed by clerics. One, known as the Guardian Council, approves all candidates for office, narrowing the scope of elections. Still other unelected bodies, like the Revolutionary Guards, wield tremendous power.
The supreme leader, who holds the position for life, is the most important figure, overseeing everything.
The system began with a series of hurried political compromises amid the country’s 1979 revolution. The end result was an Islamic republic, meant to combine democratic involvement with theocratic oversight. In practice, the two often clash, with unelected, unaccountable officials holding the most power.
The result has been 38 years of weak democracy but strong politics. Political factions, each with a base of support, compete through elections, and for influence among powerful bureaucracies.
Over the years, although the government has remained broadly authoritarian, it has oscillated among degrees of democracy. Those fluctuations, while subtle, have often coincided with elections like the one this week.

How did the civil war in the Incan empire help Pizarro consolidate his power?
Answer:
Explanation:

November 16
Francisco Pizarro traps Incan emperor Atahualpa
On November 16, 1532, Francisco Pizarro, the Spanish explorer and conquistador, springs a trap on the Incan emperor, Atahualpa. With fewer than 200 men against several thousand, Pizarro lures Atahualpa to a feast in the emperor’s honor and then opens fire on the unarmed Incans. Pizarro’s men massacre the Incans and capture Atahualpa, forcing him to convert to Christianity before eventually killing him.
Pizarro’s timing for conquest was perfect. By 1532, the Inca Empire was embroiled in a civil war that had decimated the population and divided the people’s loyalties. Atahualpa, the younger son of former Incan ruler Huayna Capac, had just deposed his half-brother Huascar and was in the midst of reuniting his kingdom when Pizarro arrived in 1531, with the endorsement of Spain’s King Charles V. On his way to the Incan capital, Pizarro learned of the war and began recruiting soldiers still loyal to Huascar.
Pizarro met Atahualpa just outside Cajamarca, a small Incan town tucked into a valley of the Andes. Sending his brother Hernan as an envoy, Pizarro invited Atahualpa back to Cajamarca for a feast in honor of Atahualpa’s ascendance to the throne. Though he had nearly 80,000 soldiers with him in the mountains, Atahualpa consented to attend the feast with only 5,000 unarmed men. He was met by Vicente de Valverde, a friar traveling with Pizarro. While Pizarro’s men lay in wait, Valverde urged Atahualpa to convert and accept Charles V as sovereign. Atahualpa angrily refused, prompting Valverde to give the signal for Pizarro to open fire. Trapped in tight quarters, the panicking Incan soldiers made easy prey for the Spanish. Pizarro’s men slaughtered the 5,000 Incans in just an hour. Pizarro himself suffered the only Spanish injury: a cut on his hand sustained as he saved Atahualpa from death.
Realizing Atahualpa was initially more valuable alive than dead, Pizarro kept the emperor in captivity while he made plans to take over his empire. In response, Atahualpa appealed to his captors’ greed, offering them a room full of gold and silver in exchange for his liberation. Pizarro consented, but after receiving the ransom, Pizarro brought Atahualpa up on charges of stirring up rebellion. By that time, Atahualpa had played his part in pacifying the Incans while Pizarro secured his power, and Pizarro considered him disposable. Atahualpa was to be burned at the stake—the Spanish believed this to be a fitting death for a heathen—but at the last moment, Valverde offered the emperor clemency if he would convert. Atahualpa submitted, only to be executed by strangulation. The day was August 29, 1533.
Fighting between the Spanish and the Incas would continue well after Atahualpa’s death as Spain consolidated its conquests. Pizarro’s bold victory at Cajamarca, however, effectively marked the end of the Inca Empire and the beginning of the European colonization of South America
If you were the Serbian king Peter, what and how would you reply to the threatining of Austro-Hungarian king and why?
Answer:
Explain:
I don’t think any self respecting monarch would’ve accepted the ultimatum. The demands were made to be rejected. This war was waiting to happen. If it had not happened in 1914, it might have started in 1915 or 1916. Earlier the respective powers avoided the 1909 Bosnian crisis but the conflict kept coming back again.
If the Serbian King had accepted the Austrian demands, he might have faced violent repression at home. The next ruler might have done something against Austro-Hungarian empire and that crisis might have started the war.
